On 29 November, 60 pre-eminent industry leaders from enterprises and government organisations gathered at the latest QED Changemaker Series session to discuss their views on “Understanding Asian Consumers - Insights Beyond Numbers”.
After a candid sharing session held under the Chatham House Rule, the general consensus was that Asia presents great opportunities for organisations. To draw full benefit from these opportunities, it is critical for organisations have local soul and cater to local nuances. Social commerce and shoppertainment were also identified as prominent trends to ride on.
