QED Consulting has expanded its consulting practice with the appointment of Yvonne Low to its panel of Senior Consultants
Low joins QED from McDonald’s Singapore, where she last held the role of Senior Director, Marketing, Digital and Menu Innovation and was a member of their senior leadership team since January 2012. During her tenure, she was responsible in driving business and brand growth for McDonald’s, overlooking topline sales and market share. Low led the internal cross-functional commercial team of marketing and communications, menu management, supply chain, operations functions to deliver on the company’s goals, from boardroom to crew-room. She was also responsible for driving the business and brand across digital, where McDonald’s Singapore now has a significant presence in the digital space, strong following on social media and significant digital customer engagement touch points in the restaurants. In addition, she developed the McDelivery e-business with solid customer analytics and worked with strategic business partners and agencies to drive greater returns on its media investment and greater efficiency. Under her leadership, McDonald’s Singapore has won many prestigious awards from the Effies, CCA, SMAs, and most recently a Cannes Silver Lion win for the McDelivery Google program. In 2016, Low was recognized by the industry with the win of the Marketer of the Year award. Before McDonald’s, Low was Regional Marketing Director for Courts Asia from 2009 to 2012. Prior to Courts, she was Business Director/Partner with DDB Worldwide, with over 15 years of agency experience.
