Michelle is a Senior Consultant of QED Consulting with more than 12 years of extensive global brand management experience. She is a seasoned strategist to some of the world’s leading businesses and brands senior management teams. As an early adopter of the IMC (Integrated Marketing and Communications) framework, Michelle’s counsel is very much sought-after for her intimate working knowledge of business to brand integration and operationalization.


Michelle has worked with and consulted for world-class companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, LEGO, Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Mead Johnson, Cerebos, SingTel, Fraser & Neave, Guinness Stout, Heineken, Oracle, Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), EUREKA! The Children’s Museum (UK), and Imperial War Museum North (UK). With her wealth of career experience, she built brand development frameworks, content and communication strategies, behavioral studies, and crisis management structures. Beyond development, Michelle is also often responsible for the equipping and deployment of these enterprise solutions.


Michelle currently guest lectures at LA SALLE College of the Arts and other tertiary institutions on Brand Management, Marketing and Advertising. Additionally, she operates a sustainable materials and practices business as a personal passion.
